Login Problems?
If you are experiencing trouble:
* Please make sure you are logged in with the same e-mail address as your PayPal account, as the video courses are associated with the PayPal e-mail address you have used for purchase. Check that your name appears at the top-right corner of the page. That means you're logged in.
* Click “Watch Video”. A “Play Video” button will appear. At this point, you should be able to watch the videos. Videos might take a few seconds to load. If the videos do not load, please refresh the page and try again.
* If the system requires you to subscribe again, you might be using the wrong e-mail address.
* We highly recommend using a computer or laptop. Due to the high resolution of the videos, small devices such as phones and iPads may struggle to visualize the content.
* Please make sure that your subscription is still active (within one year from purchase). If this is no longer the case, you can reactivate or extend your subscription for €49/year per level by emailing us at info@kobido.com.
