Training Program
This Kobido intensive training, lead by the Grandmaster himself, will take place this July, 2025. This training offer a unique and immersive experience. Level 4 & 5 are taught by Grandmaster Dr. Shogo Mochizuki himself and Licensed Instructor as assistant.
LEVEL 4 MANDATORY ENTRANCE EXAM
After you finish Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Kobido in-classroom training or Zoom training, you will be required to take an entrance exam before you are admitted to the Japan Training for Levels 4 and 5.
Because the Level 4 & 5 Japan Training will happen in a small classroom under Dr. Shogo’s direct guidance, if a student is unable to use the Level 1, 2 and 3 Techniques, it will be very hard to advance to Level 5. Since Level 5 involves connecting the many techniques to create something closer to a realistic treatment, it would be difficult for an unprepared student to catch up in such a short amount of time. Additionally, it may disrupt or slow down other students’ work.
To ensure that everyone is able to enjoy a productive training session, we require everyone to take an entrance exam. The exam consists of a technical evaluation of the Level 1, 2 & 3 Techniques for a total of 110 techniques. To pass, you will be asked to demonstrate you can execute all techniques in a satisfactory manner. The evaluation will take place in a private Zoom call with Dr. Shogo and will last approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The exam will take place around 4pm-5pm Japan Time, corresponding to early morning in Europe.
The price is 98€ per entrance exam/evaluation. Please submit a request to arrange the exam so that we can issue you a PayPal invoice before the evaluation. Dr. Shogo has a very busy schedule, so please expect some waiting time before you are allowed to take the entrance exam.
Before you schedule the exam, make sure to practice very well. Please expect that you may need to repeat the exam two or three times before you pass, depending on your skill level. Each time, Dr. Shogo will indicate which techniques to focus on in order to improve before the next evaluation. His critique will pinpoint exactly what needs to be practiced and how to correct each technique that needs improvement. The exam is also a great way to evaluate your skill level and deal with any technical difficulties you may have.
Once you pass the exam, you can officially start planning for the Level 4 & 5 Japan Training. Please note that passing the evaluation is mandatory if you wish to be admitted to this training session.

You cannot take only one class.
Class Size: 10 students maximum
Kobido Skincare Retailer have priority registration for this class, otherwise first come first serve basis for the registration
CERTIFICATION
For Level 4 there is no certification, only for Level 5. It is available for additional fee and an exam. You need to practice for a minimum of 3 month before applying for certification. You can’t take it right away after the class. Come take it at later time.
